- Bringing outside food or beverages is strictly prohibited.
12. How long is the wait time to drive?

13. Can I race if the track is wet?
- No, the track must be completely dry. Call us for current conditions or see current conditions.
14. Can I bring my own GoPro?
- Yes, but only mounted on your own helmet. Chest mounts or kart-mounted cameras are prohibited.
- We also offer 4K helmet-mounted cameras for rent at 6.80 BGN.
15. How long is the track?
- The track is 960 meters long.
16. How many turns does the track have?
- There are 16 turns on the track.
17. Is the track open in winter?
- Yes, we're open 7 days/week, 364 days/year (closed only on Christmas). Racing is allowed only if the track is dry and temperature is above 0°C. Always check current conditions before visiting.
18. Do you have a conference room?
- No, we do not have a conference room.
19. Are spectators allowed?
- Yes, the more the merrier! 😊

📅 RESERVATIONS
1. Do I need to book in advance?
- Not mandatory, but strongly recommended! Without a reservation, we can't guarantee a spot, and you might wait a long time.
2. How can I make a reservation?
- Use our online booking platform: Book Here.
3. Do I need to pay when booking?
- Yes, advance payment is required to confirm your slot and prevent misuse.
4. How can I cancel/change a booking?
- Cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a voucher.
- All reservations are non-refundable unless canceled in advance.

- In case of force majeure (e.g. wet track), the full amount will be refunded.
5. How do I book using a gift voucher?
- Book through our platform and enter the voucher code before payment.
6. Didn't receive a confirmation email?

7. What if fewer people show up than booked?
- Changes under 24 hours before the session result in a voucher for future use.
8. What if I’m late?
- You must arrive at least 40 minutes before your session. Being late means you lose your reservation and payment.
9. Will my session start exactly on time?
- We do our best, but slight delays may occur. Your reservation secures your place in the queue.

1. How do I buy a gift voucher?

- You'll receive a PDF via email.
2. How can I use my voucher?
- Product vouchers (e.g., 10 or 15-minute sessions) – used by one person.
- Value vouchers (e.g., 50/100/200 BGN) – usable by multiple people until value is depleted.
- Prepaid session packs (e.g., 5, 10, 15 sessions) – for one person until sessions are used up.
3. How long are vouchers valid?
- All vouchers are valid for 180 days.
4. What if I lose my voucher?

5. Can I return a purchased voucher for a refund?
- No, all voucher sales are non-refundable.

🏎️ KARTING
1. Do I need a driver’s license?
- No, a license is not required.
2. Are there weight limits?
- Yes, maximum driver weight is 130 kg.
3. Can I drive under the influence of alcohol or substances?
- Absolutely not! Driving under the influence is prohibited and you will be denied access.
4. Where can I see my lap times?
- Create a profile on our timing system: RaceFacer.
- Download the app on Google Play or App Store.
5. Do I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes, a waiver must be signed at the front desk before driving.
- Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign for them.
6. How long are the driving sessions?
- We offer 10 or 15-minute sessions.

7. What should I wear?
- Wear comfortable clothes. Loose clothing, long dresses, skirts, wide pants, and scarves are not allowed.
8. Is equipment provided?
- Helmet: Provided for free (mandatory)
- Balaclava: Required (3 BGN if you don’t bring one)
- Gloves: Optional, available for purchase
- Kids get free neck protection
9. Can I use my own helmet?
- Yes, if it fully covers your head and has a clear visor.
10. Can I wear open-toed shoes?
- No. Only fully closed shoes are allowed.
- If you come in sandals/flip-flops, we’ll provide shoes, but you’ll need to buy socks.
11. Can I drive if I’m injured or unwell?
- If you’re pregnant or have any condition that may impair your judgment or endanger others, please refrain from driving.
12. Is night driving possible?
- Yes! Our track has lighting for driving during the dark hours of our working schedule here which varies by season. You can check the current schedule here.
13. Can I drive my own go-kart, motorbike, or another vehicle on your track?
- No, only our go-karts are allowed on the track.
14. Do I need to go through a briefing before I drive?
- Yes! Every participant must watch our safety video before the session starts.
15. We're a large group. Can we have the track just for us?
- A full session can hold up to 14 people. If you're fewer than that, others may join. To make the session exclusive, you'd need to cover the cost for 14 participants.
16. Can I drive while wearing glasses?
- Yes! Glasses are worn after putting on the helmet.
17. Is go-karting safe?
- While go-karting has some risks, we take every possible safety measure. Our karts are regularly maintained, and we have remote speed control. If necessary, we can reduce or stop your kart's speed to ensure safety.
18. Are go-karts like bumper cars?
- No! We strictly do not allow any contact between karts. Anyone intentionally bumping will have their session stopped without a refund.
19. Do you hold championships on the track?
- No, our track is for amateurs only.
20. Do you offer go-kart training?
- Not currently, but check our website for updates.
21. I'm under 16. Does a parent need to sign anything?
- Yes, a parent must be present on your first visit to sign a declaration of responsibility.

💳 PRICES & PAYMENT

2. Can a single product be shared between people?
- No! Each product is for individual use and cannot be shared.
3. Do you offer discounts for regular visitors?
- Yes! Based on total kilometers driven:
250 km → 5%
500 km → 10%
1000 km → 15%
2000 km → 20%
4. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and contactless payments. Invoices available on request.

📋GO-KART TYPES & REQUIREMENTS
1. What types of go-karts are available?
- We have adult go-karts, kids' go-karts, and double go-karts (adult + child).
- Note: Last session for kids’ and double karts is at 6:20 PM.
2. Are there age or height requirements?
- Kids’ karts – 7–16 yrs, 135–170 cm. Kids over 170 cm must use adult karts. Kids under 16 and taller than 145 cm must complete a valid lap under 1:15 in a kids’ kart to use adult karts.
- Adult karts – 16+ yrs, over 145 cm
- Double karts – Adult (18+) with child (4–12 yrs, over 100 cm)
3. How fast do the karts go?
- Kids’ kart: 160cc, 4.8 hp → up to 45 km/h
- Adult kart: 270cc, 9 hp → up to 70 km/h
- Double kart: 270cc, 9 hp → up to 55 km/h
4. How many karts can drive at once?
- We have 12 kids’ karts, 14 adult karts, and 3 double karts.
5. Can adults and kids drive together?
- No, they drive in separate sessions for safety.
6. Do you have double go-karts?
- Yes, for one adult (18+) with a child aged 4–12 and over 100 cm.
